Thermography

Thermal Imagers deliver high-resolution images so the temperature differences can be seen, even a very fine difference. This technology uses the previous image and also captures a visible light image to provide enough detail for the results. It helps to identify all components for repair. This provides an accurate way for the job to be done right the first time. Our onsite thermography service and documentation ensures a complete quality system while minimizing unscheduled down time with the use of thermography inspections. READ MORE...

Vibration Analysis

The portable route-based device is an instrument used for collecting vibration data on rotating machinery. This device, the CSI-2130, reduces collection time by more than 50 percent compared with similar devices. This allows us to determine early on, the severity of the stress level of bearing or gear wear. The information is then recorded from each machine and uploaded on the software. This provides quick recognition of change in the vibration pattern as an indicator of deterioration. Corrective actions are then taken. READ MORE...

Laser Alignment

Lasers are highly accurate and easy to use in aligning objects. Our CSI2130 reduces your time and strengthens your accuracy of correct alignment. In order to reduce bearing and seal damage, precise laser alignment is used. It also minimizes energy loss, and reduces production downtime on a scheduled basis, which will create better efficiency and performance. READ MORE...

Dry Ice Blasting

The dry ice blasting cleaning process is relatively new dating back to the late 1980's. It is quickly becoming favored to such traditional cleaning methods as steam cleaning, sandblasting or solvents. Dry ice blasting uses soft dry ice, at very high speeds to lift the undesirable item off the surface of the underlying substrate. Dry ice blasting can be used in a vast assortment of applications. The use of CO2 blasting equipment is far superior to traditional methods of cleaning industrial equipment. READ MORE...
